The Ora of Self

The journey of wellbeing begins with you. To thrive in all aspects of our lives we must begin with us.

This year we’ve all had to adapt, pivot and consider and place our wellbeing to the forefront, a focus and as a priority. This hasn’t been without it’s challenges and within the space in which we work, where our focus on the servitude of others.

This interactive wellbeing workshop will focus on your self-awareness and self care. Leaning into a Reflective Practise, we will speak to and share our pūmanawa (natural gifted talents, magic, superpowers), pūkenga (our skills, expertise) and learnings. Also, how we ‘live’, nourish, practise and apply these to our roles, mahi, whanau and the communities in which we serve.

This session will benefit any and all of us who often place others care and wellbeing before ourselves. Or would like to have further insight, knowledge and skills with regard to the Ora of Self.
