Kick off Ya Boots Freeling

Kick Off Ya Boots is a unique initiative promoting rural wellbeing and community resilience, delivered in partnership with Little Town Productions and ifarmwell.

Kick Off Ya Boots is a musical about celebrating rural life, exploring challenges commonly faced by farming families such as succession planning and demonstrating practical ways that farmers can effectively manage in difficult circumstances. It was written by Loxton grain grower and playwright John Gladigau, and is performed by an impressive cast of Loxton locals.

Screenings througout SA have been a huge success, sparking lots of conversations about mental health and wellness- as well as significant interest from industry froups, rural counsellors and mental health organisations both locally and nationally.

It is a good, fun film with a take home message.
