Start your morning with purpose and intention at our first Walk & Talk session of 2025. This free event invites you to join us for an energising walk around Lake Weeroona, followed by a reflective coffee catch-up at Whitby (please note: coffee purchased at your own expense).

📍 Meeting Point: Front of Whitby (formerly The Boardwalk) at Lake Weeroona.
🕒 Schedule:

7:20 am: Arrive and gather at the meeting point.
7:30 am – 8:15 am: Walk two laps around the lake, connecting with like-minded professionals.
8:15 am – 9:00 am: Join us at Whitby for coffee and conversation (walkers and non-walkers welcome).

What habits make my heart happy, and how can I commit to incorporating them more in 2025?

Before heading to coffee, Gayle will guide the group through a brief breathwork exercise on the grass. Learn how to clear your mind, refocus, and reconnect with your intentions—an invaluable tool to carry into your workday.
