Kickstart your year with clarity and connection at our January Walk & Talk session!
Start your morning with purpose and intention at our first Walk & Talk session of 2025. This free event invites you to join us for an energising walk around Lake Weeroona, followed by a reflective coffee catch-up at Whitby (please note: coffee purchased at your own expense).
📍 Meeting Point: Front of Whitby (formerly The Boardwalk) at Lake Weeroona.
🕒 Schedule:
- 7:20 am: Arrive and gather at the meeting point.
- 7:30 am – 8:15 am: Walk two laps around the lake, connecting with like-minded professionals.
- 8:15 am – 9:00 am: Join us at Whitby for coffee and conversation (walkers and non-walkers welcome).

Led by Gayle Wilson - Founder of Soul Care Healing, this session will focus on creating a solid foundation for 2025. Reflect on these thought-provoking questions as you walk and connect:
- What is the main topic within your business that causes the most stress?
- How can I source the support I need?
- Is it sharing my challenges?
- Planning better instead of reacting to challenges?
- Delegating or recruiting?
- Pulling back to focus on personal longevity?
- What habits make my heart happy, and how can I commit to incorporating them more in 2025?
Before heading to coffee, Gayle will guide the group through a brief breathwork exercise on the grass. Learn how to clear your mind, refocus, and reconnect with your intentions—an invaluable tool to carry into your workday.
