A Natural Escape

Description

Come play a game exploring the magic of breath — ocean breath, sunshine breath, cloud breath, flower breath — plus a colouring activity to make your own take-home "breath chatter box."

Children will discover that their breath is real, practical magic — something they can reach for anytime to feel calm, bright, and steady through the day. Ocean waves. Sunshine. Clouds drifting by. A flower's scent. Nature becomes the doorway into their own breath.

Morning tea by Cubed Expresso included for children. Limited numbers. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout this activity. Please register to attend, for catering purposes.

Recommended for children aged 5-12 years.

Note that there may be a photographer at this event. We aim to use photographs for record keeping and promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please advise on the day.

A Natural Escape is an initiative of Tasman Council with support funding from the Tasmanian Government, that features more than 40 events, workshops, talks and activities across the whole Tasman region.

We celebrate the Tasman region’s incredible natural environment and community spirit, while promoting sustainable tourism, engaging local businesses and encouraging community participation. The program includes nature-based experiences, science talks, guided walks, agriculture and marine-themed events with contributions from the arts, local tourism operators and community groups.
