Come play a game exploring the magic of breath — ocean breath, sunshine breath, cloud breath, flower breath — plus a colouring activity to make your own take-home "breath chatter box."

Children will discover that their breath is real, practical magic — something they can reach for anytime to feel calm, bright, and steady through the day. Ocean waves. Sunshine. Clouds drifting by. A flower's scent. Nature becomes the doorway into their own breath.

Morning tea included for children. Limited numbers. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout this activity. Please register to attend, for catering purposes.

Recommended for children aged 5-12 years.
