This is a truly INCREDIBLE opportunity! Maria, from Prana Kids Yoga will be joining Nan Tien Health & Wellbeing Market on April 1st to run FOUR children’s Yoga classes throughout the day! Available to children between 4-11yrs, your little Yogi(s) will stretch, smile, laugh and have fun... Even meditate! BLISS!
A certified children’s Yoga Instructor, Maria will guide your child through gentle movements to help improve balance, strength and flexibility! Couple this with some mindfulness exercises and your little Yogi(s) will be left physically and mentally INVIGORATED!
Simply book into one of the following sessions, then meet us under the large marquee 5 minutes before the commencement time:
- 10-10:30am
- 11-11:30am
- 12-12:30pm
- 1-1:30pm
Feel free to stay and cheer on the class OR have a wander around the market knowing your child(ren) are in safe hands! Rest assured Maria is fully qualified with current WWCC and insurance. Afterwards, you can walk across the bridge to Nan Tien Temple! Say, "Hello," to all the fish and ducks in the ponds and explore the whimsical sculptures in the gardens! Maybe even sit in one of the Shrines for some further mindful practice!
