Kids 5 - 8 yrs Tuesdays (8 Classes) Commence in July

In our Kids Art Term programs, children have the opportunity to explore their creativity with the guidance of our fabulous tutors. Our main goal is to foster a love for art, rather than solely focusing on perfecting representational techniques.

Throughout the term, our tutor will introduce a variety of mediums and techniques for the children to use and create art with. The class begins by providing a brief explanation and demonstration of the activity. From there, our teacher encourages the children to use their imagination, interpret instructions, and follow their own artistic instincts. For younger kids, the emphasis is on play and experimentation. While there may be an example to aim for, we prioritize building their confidence in art-making through trial and error, allowing them to have fun and explore different mediums such as watercolor, clay, crayons, and acrylic paint - the list of mediums vary term to term. 

We provide all the necessary art materials, mediums, surfaces, tools, and brushes for the classes. The program consists of 8 weeks of guided sessions.

To participate, please make sure your child wears an art smock to protect their clothing. We kindly request that parents of young children remain in the store to assist their little ones if they feel overwhelmed. We have designated tables available for parents to sit at during the classes.

We restrict our classes to only 12 students - please reserve your space prior to the starting date. 

Entrance to our venue is from the carpark at the back of 5 Mackinnon street, Rockingham
