A safe & supportive space for kids to explore feelings, build confidence & enjoy connection via the arts: collaging, painting, drawing, instruments & movement. Materials included - No arts skills needed
We will start each session with a movement, mindfulness activity, to then explore feelings and strengths through the arts.
Session 1 (20th Jan) will explore feelings through instruments & mixed-media (paint, markers, pastels).
Session 2 (27th Jan) will reflect on strengths & what brings us joy through collaging, markers, stencilling with paint.
Facilitated by Chrissie, a qualified Arts Therapist & Trainer, with over 20yrs experience supporting children, youth & families across the social services sector.
