Kids at Araluen Botanical Park: Paint Your Pot!

Join us for a beautiful day out at Araluen Botanic Park in the Perth Hills. Parents can enjoy some quiet time wandering around the park while your kids come and paint pots with us, or with our family pass, you can come and paint with your little artist too! See all that Araluen has to offer in Spring and soak up some rays whilst painting down by the old Swimming Pool. 

For this event, we will be painting our brand new flower pots, perfectly matched to all the gorgeous flowers that will surround us at the park!

Tickets include all materials, flower seeds, as well as admission into the park (usually $15 pp).

What you need to know:

• Where: Araluen Botanical Park, Roleystone. 
  

• When: Saturday, 17th of September, 2022.
  

• Time: Arrive 1:45pm for a 2:00pm start, sharp. Please allow plenty of time for parking!

• Duration: Class will run for approximately 2 hours.

Tickets include all required painting materials. Just show up ready to have a good time and wear something you don't mind getting paint on.. just in case!

About Cabernet & Canvas

Our classes are designed to be fun, social and achievable for beginners. Come on your own or bring a friend. Our artist will walk you through the process step-by-step whilst offering suggestions on how to individualise your artwork. Anyone and everyone is welcome, no prior painting experience required.

About the Venue

We paint down by the old swimming pool in the amphitheatre at Araluen. You can see it straight away when you walk in from the main car park at the bottom of the hill. Staff can provide you with a map if you ask for one. Please say your name at the gate and they will know you are admitted free entry. 

It is a beautiful setting, but can be slightly cool in the mornings and warmer in the afternoons. A sunhat and cardigan is a good idea. Please note there is no reception up in the park, so we won't be able to receive calls.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a 7 day cancellation policy for Special Events. As we have limited seating, and expect this event to sell out, we cannot grant you a credit note unless you email us prior to this time period. Thank you for your understanding.
