Kids! Be an Artist for a Day - Messy art!

THURSDAY 25th th January is MESSY ART!

ARTIST FOR A DAY is our Summer Holiday Kids program!  Kids get to spend a full day in our art studio from 10am - 2pm and work on THREEE awesome creative projects!

It's a fun way to make new friends and learn some cool new new skills - and because we have the full day together it is great for kids who love to dive deep into creative activities without feeling rushed. 

Kids will get to:

1. Make a wild abstract artwork by smashing, scraping, dripping and splattering paint - it's messy and it's so much fun!
2. Scribble Art disco! Music on, disco light on - Choose your favourite art supplies and lets scribble and create random art to music!
3. Turn all that scribble art into very cool collage and go wild with glue, glitter, stickers and craft supplies. 
   

Suitable for:

• creative, arty crafty kids!
• Students who will be in year 1 - 6 in 2024
• Students will work at a table (strictly no running around) and follow instructions- so your child must be comfortable with group learning, participating in a structured lesson, following class rules and safety instructions.
  
  

Please bring:

• Wear play clothes suitable for painting and crafting in - THIS ONE WILL BE A MESSY DAY!!!
• Morning tea, lunch and a drink bottle
• Closed in shoes and a sunhat for outdoor art activities
  

What if my child has additional learning needs?

• We do everything we can to be inclusive of children with additional or different learning needs, including learning and language barriers and behaviour support needs.
• PLEASE TALK TO US BEFORE THE CLASS - even if it's a minor thing, just drop me an email or give me a ring so I can make sure your child is comfortable and included and we have a plan in place if required.

In some circumstances I may ask a support person to attend with the child

How to pay with a Creative Kids NSW voucher
- Fill in your enrolment form for the ticket
- type your creative kids voucher code into the correct section (NOT the discount box at the top)
- press save & checkout
- select PAY BY INVOICE 

This will send you your tickets and an email with the amount owing - we will then process your voucher, we usually do these on a Tuesday and Thursday. Once it has been claimed you will get a follow up email saying your balance has been paid :)
