Kids Bird Watching
Description
Calling all Green Explorers! Join NatureWest for a walk through Wyndham park this school holidays and try your hand at bird watching!
Wyndham Park is home to a variety of birds that rely on both the trees, and the river for habitat.
During this walk you will make your own bird identification cards, then look for some of the local bird species as you stroll around the park. There is always something happening on the river so who knows what else we will discover!
This walk is best suited to kids aged 5-10 years.
Children must be accompanied by an adult. We will walk a maximum of 1.5km distance on a shared path.
All Explorers should bring a hat, water bottle, and sunscreen.
Meet your bird watching guides under the orange foot bridge in the middle of Wyndham Park.
