Thank you for enrolling your child in our cooking class! We aim to provide a fun, safe and educational experience. While we take every reasonable precaution, it's important we have your consent and understanding of the potential risks involved in a cooking environment.

Please read and sign below:

1. Supervision and Safety

I understand that all reasonable care will be taken to ensure the safety of my child during the class. I acknowledge that kitchen activities involve the use of equipment such as knives, heat sources (like ovens or stovetops), and other tools which carry inherent risks.

2. Indemnity

I agree to release and hold harmless The Cookery Brighton, its owners, staff, and instructors from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising out of or related to any injury, loss, damage or accident that may occur to my child during or as a result of participation in the cooking class, except in the case of proven negligence.

3. Medical Emergencies

In the event of illness or injury, I authorise the staff to obtain any medical treatment deemed necessary for my child’s wellbeing. I agree to cover any associated medical costs.

4. Allergies and Medical Conditions

I confirm that I have advised the organiser of any allergies, intolerances, or medical conditions my child has.
