This school holidays, we're inviting families to discover what happens when the gardens come alive in spring at Joe's Market Garden in Coburg!

Through hands-on discovery, children will learn how food is grown during the cooler months while uncovering the living systems that support a healthy garden. They'll plant winter seeds, investigate soil and compost, explore the garden's plants and creatures, and connect with nature through seasonal activities that build skills in observation, planting and caring for the natural world.

To support different age groups, we're offering a morning session for ages 2–5 as well as an afternoon session for ages 6–12. A parent or caregiver must attend with their child.

Morning Session | 10:00am–12:00pm: Ages 2–5

Afternoon Session | 1:00pm–3:00pm: Ages 6–12

Cost

$30 per child, per session

Dog Policy

To ensure our group remains a safe space for all our little ones, we have a no-dogs policy at our sessions. This ensures everyone, including those with allergies or nerves around animals, feels comfortable participating.
