Introducing the "Kids Mindfulness Workshop"

Mindfulness & Fitness coach Vanna is hosting a 1 hour workshop to give an opportunity for your child to develop their skills mindfully.

Do you need that time to step away and let your child explore the art of mindfulness, meditation, sound therapy and playful fitness.

Integrating a holistic approach to help your child understand the fundamentals.

Finding different ways of helping your child ease their mind, allowing your child to be open in an expressive way.

This is a workshop aimed for young children 6-11 years old,, with a mixture of boys & girls

Meet the Instructor:

Vanna, who is the second eldest of 7 siblings and a mother of 2 teenagers. Despite facing challenges along the way and has had her own journey in life, she has been able to use her journey to empower others by using her martial arts training, mindfulness & fitness background, and personal experiences to assist other people in life.

One mission she has achieved is helping parents in helping their children connect more mindfully to themselves in a safe environment, where she uses a holistic, mindfulness approach in connecting with them.
