Themed based, fully supervised with all staff with working with children’s check, for children 4-12 years old (enrolled in primary school)
Our why:
We are two Leichhardt mums with 2 kids each. Neither of us have family on the doorstep so naturally, we either don’t go out or we drag our kids along. Let’s face it’s a gamble for tantrums but also, it’s so hard to connect with your partner if you can’t even finish a full sentence without remediation efforts.
Whining during mandatory post swim bribes at the swim school kiosk (LPAC - say hi if you see us there), we decided something must be done. Then and there, we spontaneously decided to take matters in our own hands and founded Kids Night Out - Sydney’s first kids-only night club. Learn more on Kidsnightout.com.au
Our purpose is our community:
Through Kids Night Out we are aiming to do our bit to revive our beautiful suburb Leichhardt and support local businesses.
With our monthly events we aim to give families space. For Kids to have the best night ever and give parents a 100% guilt-free break.

Mental health in families start with parents. Happy parents, happy kids.
Kids Night Out events are priced at cost to make sure we can make them as accessibly as possible for families.
Child Safety:
We do not compromise on child safety. All our staff have working with children check, underwent child safety training and each event has a designated first aid (incl. asthma and anaphylaxis) person attending throughout the night.
