Looking for a fun and meaningful way to spend quality time with your child?
Join Rooted Ryse Yoga for a playful 60-minute weekly yoga journey designed for children aged 6β12 years and their parent/caregiver.
Each session combines yoga, partner activities, breathing, mindfulness, games and relaxation to encourage movement, confidence and connection.

FAQs
- What should we bring?
Please bring:
Yoga mat for each parent and child
Pillow (optional)
Towel
Water bottle
Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy movement
- Do I need to have previous yoga experience?
No. The sessions are designed for beginners and all experience levels. No prior yoga experience is required.
- Do parents need to participate?
Yes. This is a parent + child experience, so each child should attend with an adult who can participate alongside them.
- Can siblings attend together?
Yes. Additional children from the same family can participate with additional parent/guardian with new registration.
- Can I attend just one session?
The workshop is designed as a 7-week journey, so attending the full program is encouraged. Casual/trial attendance is subject to availability.
- What if my child is shy or doesn't want to participate in an activity?
That's completely okay. Children are encouraged to participate at their own comfort level. There is no pressure to perform or be perfect.
