School Holiday Workshop – Watercolour & Ink
Have a budding illustrator or watercolour enthusiast in the family? This workshop will cover basic waterciolour skills and create several projects building on these skills, including biro and ink. Children will experience the fun of blind contour drawing, how to observe and draw things from life and work towards some completed artworks.
All materials supplied in class
Students will need to bring snacks and water for breaks.
Students doing both workshops on the same day can stay until the end of the second workshop, which finishes at 3pm, provided they have their own lunch and drink bottle.
This workshop is subsidized thanks to funding from the Creative Communities Scheme, so you only pay $15 per person (with a booking fee of .75c).
Running Wednesday 9th October 9:30-12pm, this workshop will take place in the space behind the Ōtorohanga iSite (21 Maniapoto Street) Entrance to the workshop will be off Wahanui Crescent.
