Kids Series: Venus Fly Trap

Join us for a hands-on botanical workshop designed for young nature lovers ages 4–15. Led by carnivorous plant expert Roy Bradburn, this session invites kids to explore the fascinating world of Dionaea muscipula, commonly known as the Venus flytrap. Each participant will pot their own flytrap to take home while learning about the plant’s native habitat, clever adaptations, and how to care for these extraordinary plants. Roy will share fun facts, answer curious questions, and help kids see the natural world through the eyes of a true plant enthusiast.
