Kids Take Over (KTO) is the most fun you can have on school holidays!

Gateway’s annual school holiday event, Kids Take Over, is coming up from 30 June – 4 July. Kids Take Over is the most fun a kid can have on their school holidays.

This year, we’re blasting off into space on an intergalactic adventure to discover that God’s love is bigger than the galaxies, brighter than the stars, and always with us.

Every day is full of energetic games, inspiring teaching, creative experiences and time to build friendships that last.

There are two programs to choose from at KTO Mackenzie: Take One and Take That.

Take One is a creative program where kids choose an elective and spend the week preparing for the Friday Afternoon Showcase. Take That is a high-energy, teams-based program filled with games, challenges and friendly competition.

Our 2025 Take One electives are:

• Art (Prep – Grade 3)
• Art (Grade 4 – 6)
• Dance (all grades)
• Drama (all grades)
• Media (Grade 4 – 6)
• Music – previously Vocals; now with added music-based activities (all grades)

Please ensure that you select the correct registration type for your child's preferred elective as we are unable to guarantee changes to registrations once they have been purchased. If your preferred program is sold out at time of purchase, you will need to select your child’s second choice. You may then email the KTO team to join a waitlist for their preferred option. 

During checkout, please also ensure the correct child's details are filled in for each of the different programs (ticket types) that you have selected to register for.
