Welcoming all children aged 5-12 years for a grounding 2-hour workshop of gentle yoga and affirmations.

We will begin with Acknowledgement of Country and grounding practice that connects to the land.

Then we invite gentle yoga poses and affirmations, finishing with guided meditation.

As we sit in circle, children will have an opportunity to share using our talking sticks, and will be gifted their own affirmation card to take home.

Children will be offered colouring in as a mindful practice as well as a mini fruit platter to snack on.

Mats, cushions and blankets provided for the children. The room is very secure and we will not be venturing out.

We are yoga teacher certified and obtain WWCC.

Please reach out with any questions.

Much love x
