Event description

Come along to Xmas Yoga with your child and experience all the wonders of Xmas with present opening, making Xmas pudding, the elves being cheeky, make a snowman and be a Xmas Tree! 

We will make some Xmas Yoga poses with our bodies so that we get a beautiful stretch! We will breathe deeply while smelling the Xmas cookies and then blowing out the Xmas candle, so that we learn how to make ourselves feel calm. We will sing songs and do the 12 days of Xmas in Yoga poses! 

What fun we will have! Ho Ho Hope you join us!
