Kids Yoga - TERM 3
Event description
🌈 About the Class
This 10-week after-school yoga series is a joyful and nourishing space for children aged 7–11 to explore movement, breath, and stillness in a fun, supportive environment. Designed especially for primary-aged kids, each session invites your child to build a deeper connection to their body, mind, and emotions , through practices that are both playful and grounding.
We weave together:
🧘 Movement - Creative, yoga-inspired flows and games to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness in a fun and accessible way.
🌬️ Breathwork - Simple breath practices to support emotional regulation, calm the nervous system, and cultivate inner stillness.
🧠 Mindfulness & Meditation - Guided visualisations and short meditations to help children become more present, develop focus, and build resilience.
💛 Awareness & Expression - Opportunities for reflection, connection, and gentle self-expression in a safe, inclusive space.
Each class is carefully curated to offer kids tools for life, empowering them to feel more confident, calm, and connected both on and off the mat.
