Description

Let’s Move, Breathe & Play!

School Holiday Kids Yoga (Ages 4–12)

Give your child a fun, nurturing, and active break these school holidays!

Led by certified kids yoga teacher Zaya Badrakh, this session invites children aged 4 to 12 to explore the joy of yoga. Through creative movement, imaginative games, and simple breathing exercises, your child will build body awareness and learn wonderful tools to help calm big emotions.

What’s in store: Through playful yoga sequences and poses, children will develop strength, balance, and coordination. They will practice mindful breathing with easy, engaging techniques designed to help them self-regulate and relax. Plus, our interactive games and creative activities will boost their confidence and self-expression.

Special Holiday Bonuses:

  • Parent Participation: Parents are warmly welcome to join in the fun on the mat!

  • Post-Class Treats: Stay back after the session to enjoy complimentary face painting.

Important Details:

  • What to Wear: Please dress your child in comfortable activewear (shorts, pants, or leggings and a top).

  • What to Bring: A water bottle. (Yoga mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own).

  • Arrival: Doors open at 9:45 AM. Please arrive early to settle in and secure street parking.
