Kids Yoga Series (Ages 6+)
8-Week Term with Sarah
Children aged 6 and over are warmly invited to join Sarah for a playful and nurturing 8-week yoga series designed just for kids!
Each one-hour session supports healthy bodies and calm minds through:
🌿 Fun, accessible yoga poses and mindful movement
🌿 Breathing practices to foster calm and focus
🌿 Simple relaxation and guided meditation
🌿 Creative expression through games, stories, and mindful activities
🌿 A safe, supportive, and inclusive space to connect—with themselves and with each other
This series is beginner-friendly—no prior yoga experience is needed.
Each session builds on the last, so attending the full term is encouraged.
Let your child explore mindfulness, movement, and self-discovery in a fun and welcoming environment!

Why Practice With Me?
I’m Sarah—a qualified yoga and meditation teacher (350-hour YTT) with additional training in Mental Health Aware Yoga (60 hours). My approach is gentle, inclusive, and grounded in nervous system support, embodied movement, and compassionate connection.
I am fully insured and hold a current Working With Children Check and National Police Clearance.
As a mum myself, I love sharing yoga with kids and seeing them discover tools for calm, confidence, and connection.
