We are excited to open our doors to the Camberwell community at our Open Day.

This is an opportunity for you to share your experience of Kieser with the people you care about.

Current members can expect:

• Informative workshops on how to train efficiently at Kieser

• Hear from Clinic Leader Chrissy Lagos about the year so far and Community Ambassador Marg Stephens about her Kieser journey.

Friends and family can expect:

• Tour of the Kieser Camberwell clinic

• Trial the Swiss-engineered machines, unique to Kieser

• Strength test various muscle groups

• Learn about the importance of strength training for long term health benefits from health professionals
