Osteoporosis is a silent condition with no obvious symptoms, its often only discovered after someone has a fracture or a routine scan. Around 7 million Australians have compromised bone density but there's a lot we can do to help prevent osteoporosis and improve our bone health.

This presentation will look at the cause, risk factors and treatment of osteoporosis. We will focus on how exercise and strength training in particular can play a key role in improving people's bone health.
