Ticket Terms & Conditions

Starshine Entertainment Production – Concert Events

By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued unless the event is officially cancelled by the organizer.

Please ensure you are able to attend the event before purchasing your ticket.

2. Event Rescheduling

If the event is rescheduled, all purchased tickets will remain valid for the new date.

3. Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the show is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund of the ticket face value through the original ticketing platform.

Service fees charged by third-party ticketing providers may not be refundable.

4. Entry Requirements

All attendees must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.

The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who:

Is behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner
Appears intoxicated or under the influence of drugs
Violates venue policies

No refunds will be issued if entry is refused due to these reasons.

5. Seating

Where applicable, seating categories (VIP / General Admission) must be followed as indicated on the ticket.

Seats may be adjusted or reallocated if necessary due to production, safety, or venue requirements.

6. Event Changes

The organizer reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event including:

Artists or performers
Program schedule
Venue arrangements

Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds.

7. Photography & Recording

By attending the event, you consent to photography, video recording, and live streaming that may include your image.

These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes by the event organizers.

8. Liability

Attendees assume all risk associated with attending the event. The organizer, venue, and partners shall not be held liable for:

Personal injury
Lost or stolen belongings
Damage to personal property

9. Ticket Resale

Tickets must not be resold for commercial purposes without authorization from the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets that are resold unlawfully.
