The Blue Room @ Faversham Fringe Jazz Festival
Event description
Kim Anning has recently made York home and now resides at the beautiful Faversham House. To open the Faversham Fringe, Kim presents a collection of notes and chords assembled to resemble some of the timeless jazz standards ... in his own inimitable style. The performance will also include re-imagined pop tunes from the likes of Leonard Cohen, Tom Waits, and Bob Dylan.
Joining Kim in this mesmerising montage is internationally acclaimed bassist Sam Anning (yes, they are related). Don't miss this rare opportunity to experience the magic when father and son take the stage together with the incomparable Nathan Winterflood on drums.
Ticket price includes "Scones & Sparkling" ... country-style homemade scones with lashings of jam and cream and a glass of sparkling (or soft drink). Additional beverages will be available for purchase. (No BYO permitted).
Ballroom doors open at 2:00 pm. Performance commences promptly at 2:30 pm.
Tickets to this event are strictly limited.
Please note that Faversham House is a non-smoking venue.
