FAQs
- Where is the Sakura Square Mezzanine?
The Sakura Square Messanine is on the Larimer Street side of the building between 19th and 20th streets. The entrance says Sakura Foundation above the door and will be filled with friends waiting for you to arrive. The red arrow on the map below points to the entrance.

- What will the optional dressing be like?
Bring your own Kimono or Yukata and Obi to be dressed by a professional that will guide you through the steps, point out everything you need to know, and answer any of your questions along the way. Afterwards you will be prepared to dress yourself and look fabulous for every great occasion that comes your way!
- Can I bring food & drinks?
Please leave food and drinks at home in consideration of the textiles.
- If I bring my own kimono or yukata but didn't pay for the dressing option, can I still be dressed by a professional?
Unfortunately, no. The process of dressing is time consuming and we have a limited number of professionals for this event.
You are welcome to arrive to the event already dressed in your own kimono/yukata, watch others being dressed in their yukata, take photos at the photo backdrop, and shop at Nikkei Treasures for accessories afterwards, but you will not be able to be dressed by one of our professionals if you have not purchased the corresponding ticket.
- What should I wear if I'm going to be dressed by a professional?
The professional dressing will be in an open area with others, so please wear a base layer (leggings, tank top, sports bra) for comfortability of all.
