On Friday 27th September, we gather in Mudgeeraba for a Full Transformational Breath Experience — a powerful three-hour experience where ancient breath, sacred cacao, and vibrational sound weave together to open the body and soften the spirit.

This is not simply an event, but an initiation into the deeper currents of your own being. Guided by certified breath instructors holding safe and trauma-informed space, you’ll be supported to release layers of tension, stagnant energy, and emotion — while awakening clarity, vitality, and presence.

As we breathe in rhythm, sip the heart-opening medicine of cacao, and are bathed in restorative sound, you’ll feel yourself both grounded and uplifted.
