About This Event: Somatic Breath

While breathwork is a powerful healing tool, it may not be suitable for everyone.

If you are currently experiencing or have a history of the following, please consult your doctor before participating:

Physical Health Conditions

Cardiovascular issues (including high or low blood pressure not managed with medication)
Epilepsy or seizures
Asthma (must bring your inhaler)
Recent surgery or physical injury
Chronic respiratory conditions
Osteoporosis

Schizophrenia or psychosis
Severe PTSD
Hospitalization for mental health in the last year

Pregnancy

Some breath techniques may be modified but intense breathwork is not recommended during pregnancy and so this event is not recommended.
