PARENTS / PARTICIPANT ROSTER

Like any other Clubs to keep the games going and canteen open it relies on community and volunteers pitching in on a roster. This term we are asking each participant to have a turn for at least one week on a roster system. This will arranged by the Program coordinator and will be in contact with you. Thank you for your support!

On your registration form you can select your interest if you can help in the canteen, BBQ cook, first aider, set up/pack down, registration desk or on the field support.

Also a friendly reminder to keep an eye on your child/ren. Please don't just drop your kids off, if you can't be there make sure an adult is responsible to supervise and watch over your child/ren.

GAME RULES

All participants will be sent the rules of the game prior to commencement of the program and any other important information.

REGULAR COMMUNICATIONS

The Program coordinator will email regularly for any important information, weekly dinner updates, pop up food trucks and special events. If weather affects the program an announcement will be put out on our What's On in Kin Kin Community Facebook group, make sure you have joined the group.

See you on the field! We are excited for this one back on the Oval!

Please note, this is a community led and family- friendly program, and an alcohol-free event.
