Get ready, Kin Kin! ASALT FITNESS is bringing Muay Thai to the hall for a limited time, with sessions running from 8th May to 26th June.
Led by Peta from ASALT FITNESS, these fun and energetic classes are open to all ages and fitness levels—from young kids to adults. Whether you’re looking to build strength, boost confidence, learn new skills or just try something different, this is a great way to get involved and stay active in a supportive community environment.
Fridays from 3:30pm – Wildfire Warriors Muay Thai
No experience needed—just turn up and give it a go.
