Kind Heart Kids Yoga Workshop 🌸 🧘‍♀️

We’re teaming up with Kind Heart Kids Yoga for a beautiful morning of movement, mindfulness and FUN at Rosie & Shell!

This 45-minute kids yoga workshop has been specially designed for preschoolers aged 3–5 years, introducing little ones to movement and simple mindfulness techniques in a relaxed, playful and age-appropriate way.

While the kiddies stretch, move and have some fun, parents and carers are encouraged to grab a coffee & relax in our vibrant outdoor space or have a browse in our store at our range of local & Aussie brands.
