Kindergarten 2024 Orientation
Event description
We are delighted to invite you to our Kindgarten 2024 Orientation Morning for parents and students joining Kindergarten in 2024 at Hunter Valley Grammar School.
Date: 26 October 2023
Time: 9:00 – 10.45am
What to bring on the day: Drink bottle with water, a hat, a piece of fruit or vegetable for Crunch and Sip.
Where to go:
- Look for the Kindy welcome table at the front of the School.
- Students will go to kindergarten classrooms and parents will go to Treetops Restaurant for a Parent Orientation session. Staff will be on hand to direct families.
ELC families
Children who attend the ELC on Thursday’s will be required to attend orientation with their parents. Once the orientation session is over, parents may sign their child into the ELC.
Visiting the Uniform Shop
The Uniform Shop will not be open for fittings on this day, unless you are travelling from out of area. Our Team will contact out of area enrolments.
All other families are welcome to visit the Uniform Shop during Term 4 between 9 – 3pm on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s. No bookings are required, but please visit the main Reception first to sign in.
Additional Uniform Shop booking will be offered during the Christmas holiday break
