Kindle the Flame Book Launch Senior School Assembly

We warmly invite you to attend the launch of Kindle the Flame: Over 120 Years of igniting potential and inspiring passion and purpose at Ravenswood at a special Senior School Assembly for some important community announcements and to hear from our Principal, Mrs Anne Johnstone and Kindle the Flame author Sophie Church. The assembly will be held in the school Gymnasium.
This will be followed by a light canape lunch in our Learning Resource Centre where Kindle the Flame can be purchased and signed by author Sophie Church.
About the book
In 1901, visionary educator Mabel Fidler founded Ravenswood School for Girls with eight students with a vision to educate and empower young women. 122 years later, Ravenswood's new coffee table history book Kindle the Flame by Sophie Church celebrates our School which is loved by generations of women and their families. The 256-page hard-cover book recounts the milestones of the School by Principal eras with a colourful array of archival photos and ephemera that bring the history of Ravenswood to life.
