Join Karen and Rana in a circle for a small intimate group of women who seek to embark on a journey of holistic healing, connectedness and inner balance.  

This ceremony offers a unique opportunity to heal with other women in a serene and safe space by intention and with the subtle, yet powerful flow of Reiki life force energy.  Other supportive activities and meditation will also be included in this offering. 

This space welcomes women who are open to being vulnerable and sharing parts of themselves with the group, allowing us to collectively support and heal one another.

Each woman will have the opportunity to share and experience the transformative power of group healing and Reiki Energy healing.

What is reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Energy can become stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury/trauma or even emotional pain through stress, anxiety, depression, emotional trauma, which creates energy blocks within the body, ultimately causing illness, or “dis-ease” if not addressed.   Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and assists in removing energy blocks (in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure).  After a session the participant feels lighter, more relaxed and may possibly have more clarity in moving forward.
