King Camp 2024

Event description

King Camp is back and it's Christmas in July! We will be focusing on the character trait, Generosity, with a Christmas in July theme! Camp will be held at Christ Church in College Station, on July 8-10. This year, we are excited to announce that we have extended the time of camp to 9:00AM-2:00PM. We will have a girls track where they'll learn a brand new dance, while the boys will have an activities track (sports, science, percussion, and more!). Both boys and girls will memorize a portion of scripture, have small group time (we will have both boy and girl counselors respectively), theme days, outdoor activities, and do some amazingly fun crafts together!

FAQ'S

What ages can participate? Can both boys and girls come? Ages 5-11 years old. And yes, King Camp is for both boys and girls! We will have a girls track where they'll learn a brand new dance, while the boys will have an activities track (sports, percussion and more!). Both boys and girls will memorize a portion of scripture, have small group time (we will have both boy and girl counselors respectively), theme days, outdoor activities, and do some amazingly fun crafts together!

Is lunch provided? No, lunch is not provided. We ask that you pack your child's lunch and make sure to place in a bag or lunch box with their name on it. 

Does my child need to pack any snacks or drinks? You won’t need to pack snacks, but we do ask that you bring a labeled water bottle for your child. We will provide the snacks for each day (Monday-veggie straws, Tuesday- Animal Crackers, Wednesday- Cheerios.) However, if your camper has an allergy or would like something different, you are welcome to bring your own snack! 

Is there a performance at the end of camp? Yes! We can’t wait for you to see what your campers will learn. Wednesday, July 10, we will have Closing Ceremony for parents and family to enjoy. Doors will open at 12:50 and we will start at 1:00. The performance will be a time to hear what we have learned during camp then you'll have the chance to meet your campers' counselors and hear from them!

Can adults buy camp shirts? Yes! You can as an add on to your camp registration and all shirts will be available for pickup at check in on July 8.

Where is camp? All aspects of camp will be held at Christ Church. Our camp counselors will be outside welcoming everyone and directing your camper to where they need to be! 

What is appropriate camper attire? Campers can wear comfortable clothing. T-shirt/shorts. Closer to camp we will let you know theme days so you can plan accordingly.

Is camp going to be streamed online? All aspects of camp will only be held in person. Streaming will not be available for this event.

What is your refund policy? We will offer a full refund 30 days or more prior to the event. Within 30 days of camp, refunds will not be given.
