🌿Kingaroy Pre-Loved Markets - Stallholder Information🌿
Thanks so much for joining us! Here's everything you need to know before market day.
Choice of 3 different types of stalls -
Table
You'll be provided with a 1.8m trestle table, with room to bring your own clothes rack alongside it if you'd like one. 2 chairs provided.
Rack - Bring your own clothes rack. There might enough room to add a small basket or two alongside it (great for shoes or accessories), but keep in mind this is our most compact stall option, so it's best to keep additions minimal. 1 chair will be provided.
Gazebo
Set up your own gazebo outside near the coffee van for a bigger stall setup. We can provide tables and chairs if needed.
Arrival & Setup
Please arrive between 7am-7:30am to set up, ready to go for our 8am start.
Your table/rack space will be allocated and labelled with your name - just look for your spot when you arrive. What You Can Sell
We'd love your stall to be filled with pre-loved treasures - think clothing, shoes, and accessories with a story of their own.
Thank you for helping keep it authentically secondhand! 🌿Your Stall
You're welcome to bring rugs, tablecloths, and baskets to style your space however you like.Payments
There's no ATM on-site, so please come prepared to accept cash.
Card, Square, or PayID are completely up to you if you'd like to offer them too - just keep in mind not everyone may have another option if it's cash-only.Insurance
If you'd like your own public liability or product insurance, that's something you'll need to arrange yourself.Facilities
Toilets are available on-site (one general stall, one accessible stall) - please note there are no dedicated changing rooms.
If a shopper wants to try something on, that's completely up to you - some sellers are happy for items to be tried over clothing near their stall, others aren't, so just go with what feels right for you.On-Site Coffee
