Event description

Join Amalia Pantazis for a hands-on cooking experience where you'll learn to make three traditional Greek dips - Tzatziki, Skordalia, Taramasalata - paired with warm, fluffy pita bread.

Whether you're a seasoned cook or just starting out, this class is a fun and flavourful way to connect with others in the community.

Come along, bring your appetite, and discover the delicious world of Greek cuisine!

Participants will also take home the recipes and a sample of each dip to share with family or friends.

 

Dietary Information
If you have special dietary requirements, please note the key ingredients used in each dish:

  • Tzatziki – Greek yoghurt, cucumber, garlic

  • Skordalia – Potato, garlic

  • Taramasalata – Fish roe, white bread, olive oil, onion
