Jason is a dynamic force in the business and health sectors, a highly sought-after thought leader, an award-winning entrepreneur, and an acclaimed physiotherapist. He founded the Back In Motion Health Group from humble beginnings, growing it into Australia’s largest provider of physiotherapy and related services at the time. His leadership propelled the company to remarkable success, earning accolades such as the BRW Fast Franchise for five consecutive years and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award.
Ernst Young Entrepreneur-of-the-Year, Jason believes the opportunity of a lifetime comes around about once a day. He made a career out of getting it wrong more than he got it right. He never wanted a business, and yet ended up with over 140 of them supported by a team of 700+ and eventually selling for over $100m.
Jason’s impact extends beyond commercial achievements. He actively contributes to peak bodies, community organisations, and business forums, sharing his expertise on leadership, strategy and governance.
He founded the Iceberg Leadership Institute, graduating thousands through masterclasses on personal and professional development. Jason’s passion for knowledge-sharing led him to author three books and countless articles. He’s a frequent media contributor and captivating keynote speaker, inspiring audiences worldwide.
Jason’s dedication to improving lives extends to his social justice work, notably as the Founding Chair of the SOS Health Foundation, championing the health of disadvantaged communities. In his personal life, he cherishes time with his family, enjoys tennis, motorcycling, and travel, and is an active member of his local church community. Jason embodies a multi-faceted leader, leaving an indelible mark on business, health and philanthropy.
Jason is an accomplished physiotherapist, dynamic entrepreneur, and award-winning leadership expert in high demand.
Failed medical missionary, reluctant businessman, unqualified franchisor, all leading to accidental founder and CEO of Australia's largest physiotherapy network at the time, the Back In Motion Health Group, creating an unlikely success that surprises himself even more than those around him.
Initially, a leader by chance, Jason has now mentored over 1,000 others like him through the Iceberg Leadership Institute. A regular contributor on business, leadership, and health-related topics, you can hear his thoughts on podcasts, television, radio, and online channels.
Jason is also the author of three books, a keynote speaker, and a missional justice advocate.
A presentation not to be missed.
We will then have plenty of opportunities to network with fellow Kingdom Entrepreneurs.
