Peter Irvine is the Co-Founder of Gloria Jeans Coffees Australia is now the CEO- Kingdom Momentum Ltd and author of "Win In Business" and "Building Your Business, Your People, Your Life"

Peter aims to empower churches and ministries to reach people for Jesus Christ. and other organisations in connecting faith to life. To see people have a renewed vision of God’s plan for them.

Peter has more than 50 years of experience in ministry and business at a high-profile management level, starting his professional career as a junior at DDB Needham Advertising, Sydney acquiring an extensive portfolio of business expertise. He ended his career as Managing Director of DDB, by then the second largest advertising agency in Sydney. During this time Peter was part of the team who launched McDonalds in Australia.

In 1996 Peter, with his business partner, established the Gloria Jean’s Coffees franchise in Australia. In January 2005, they purchased the International Master Franchise brand for Australia. By the time the company was sold in 2014, there were over 400 Gloria Jean's stores across Australia and over 800 coffee houses in 39 countries worldwide.

In 2015, Kingdom Momentum Ltd was formed. Kingdom Momentum Ltd is a registered charity with the ACNC and exists to support leaders and organizations in transforming communities, and expanding God's kingdom in Australia and around the world. It is made up of a group of like-minded people, devoted to advancing the Christian faith in every hemisphere of life.

Peter is the CEO of Kingdom Momentum Ltd and now speaks worldwide, providing tools, encouragement, advice and expertise to Churches and church marketplace people and reach people with the gospel at non-Church events. Peter shares from real life experience and is passionate about seeing Christian and non-Christian people come alive to the full purpose and potential God has for them in life.

In 2017 he was awarded an honorary doctorate by NYACK Seminary College New York for his contribution to their MBA course and to business in general.

Peter Irvine is the author of ‘Win In Business’ -20 keys to catapult you towards your vision and more recently, ‘Building your Business, your People, your Life.’

Both books about a faith journey with Jesus at the centre.

Sue Irvine is a Provisional Pastor/Minister/Advisor- Kingdom Momentum Ltd

Sue loves to see churches grow and flourish to bless their communities and see people have a renewed vision of God’s plan for them.

Sue is part of the team at Kingdom Momentum Ltd- a group of like-minded people, devoted to advancing the Christian faith in every hemisphere of life.

Sue has served in a variety of church areas including connect group leadership, kids outreaches, religious education in schools and continues in prayer team, writing connect group study notes and support for Peter’s work with Christian businesspeople.

She has worked as a school teacher, has trained in fine arts and previously worked alongside Peter in growing the Gloria Jean’s Coffees brand.

Sue and Peter have been married for 50 years (in 2022) with two grown sons and four grandchildren.

They love to see churches grow and flourish to bless their communities - including business people.

Peter and his wife, Sue, are part of Lifehouse Church, Coffs Harbour where they are marketplace pastors, part of the chaplaincy team, preach and prepare group Bible studies and also part of prayer ministry.

Both Peter and Sue are Credentialed Pastors for the Australian Christian Churches.

They love to see churches grow and flourish to bless their communities - including business people.
