Community Partners is an Australian-based charity and non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering the Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) community. Our mission is to break down the social barriers that hinder CALD individuals from thriving, with a strong focus on mental health and well-being. At Community Partners, we believe that mental health and well-being is the foundation for a strong, inclusive community. By advocating for mental health and well-being, promoting cultural diversity, and fostering social inclusion, we create opportunities for CALD individuals to access the resources, networks, and support they need to reach their full potential.

Many in the CALD community face challenges such as language barriers, racism, bullying, discrimination, limited access to culturally appropriate resources/services, and social isolation etc. These obstacles can lead to poor mental health outcomes, economic disadvantage, and difficulty integrating into society.

Through collaboration, education, awareness and tailored programs, we strive to build a society where cultural differences are celebrated, and every individual—regardless of their background—can thrive.
