This is a beautiful opportunity to let your guard down, open your heart and reconnect with those deeper parts of yourself, while we see, hear, hold and acknowledge you for sharing whatever is on your heart.

You will be guided through grounding meditation, fun & free flowing movement, self-love and womb connection practices to leave you feeling reinvigorated, refreshed and reconnected.
