Kirtan and Mantra Meditation Workshop; Ancient wisdom and practices for everyday life

We would like to invite you to a relaxing and music-filled workshop on Saturday 28th of November @ Warkworth Town Hall from 3–6pm.

This immersive session is designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, develop a meditation practice and leave you feeling calm, relaxed and soothed.
