Join us for a soulful evening of kirtan meditation. Relax, unwind and meditate with this easy and enjoyable method of the hearing and chanting of ancient sacred mantras. Kirtan calms the mind and nourishes the soul.
Kirtan is yoga's most essential and valuable treasure because it nourishes a person's deepest needs; inner peace, inner happiness and heartfelt connection with the Supreme Soul.
Our program starts at 7pm and ends at 8.15 with 15 mins of refreshments (sweet and tea) at the end.
Event is running on NSW daylight saving time.
Free but donations really appreciated to pay for venue hire!
