A beautiful Sound Meditation using Sanskrit mantras to create inner and outer peace.
6.30-7.30pm at Pathways Studio, 140 Dowling Street, Dungog, NSW 2420
Enjoy some relaxation. Listen to the sounds, or join in singing. (No singing experience or particular beliefs required.)
Venue info.: Chairs are available, or feel free to bring your favourite floor cushion or pillow (optional).
Helen has been exploring Yoga, Meditation and Music for peaceful living for 20 years. She is a certified Level 1 Yoga and Meditation Teacher with Yoga Australia.
