A beautiful Sound Meditation using Sanskrit mantras to create inner and outer peace.
6-7pm at Pathways Studio, 140 Dowling Street, Dungog, NSW 2420
Enjoy some relaxation. Listen to the sounds, or join in singing. (No singing experience or particular beliefs required.)
Tickets are $11. I am planning to bring some chai in flasks to share at the end, as a winter warmer.
Venue info: Chairs are available, or feel free to bring your favourite floor cushion or pillow.
