Welcome to Kirtan with the Singing Circle!

Join us for a heart-opening evening of music and mantra at Ashtanga Yoga Newcastle on Saturday, 3rd May, from 6–7:30 pm.

Kirtan is the practice of call-and-response chanting — an ancient tradition of singing sacred mantras, uplifting songs, and prayers. More than a performance, it is a meditative and deeply connecting experience, where voices merge in devotion, rhythm, and melody.

As we weave sound and intention together, you’re invited to sing, clap, sway, or simply immerse yourself in the resonance of the moment. Whether Kirtan is part of your regular practice or a completely new experience, we welcome you to join us in this beautiful expression of unity.
